  The owners were very friendly and nice and guaranteed that they would ensure the mattress we purchased would be comfortable. We had it 2 days, we both rolled into the center of the mattress while sleeping. We called and they picked up the mattress. After months of no response the owners offered to fix the awful mattress for more money. The owners became very rude and unhelpful after they received our money. They wanted to retain our money while we had nothing to show for it. Now we are stuck with a 1300 mattress that we cannot use. They do not tell you that they have a no return policy. It is not posted and they intentionally post it on the back of the delivery form. Do not consider buying from this company unless you want to be cheated out of money. They are not who they represent themselves to be! My experience was very much like Melody that posted another similar review. We trusted the owners and were very very disappointed.
