She gave us helpful information, let us shop and in about 45 minutes we walked out with a new mattress and box spring. They deliver it soon. This is not an every day purchase and an expensive purchase, but they made it easier. We are very pleased. We highly recommend the Pelham Bedzzz Express. Jonathan and Dawn...happy customers.
