He dropped his wood planer into our wood floor multiple times in the process of crudely cutting an "adjustment" out of the side of our door and botching a lockset installation. Finally the technician collected payment and drove off, leaving me to finish the job myself. Andy OnCall's office was unreachable by phone. Your neighbor is probably handier and more considerate than this operation.
